Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Cancellation Terms

At Simple Acceleration Systems, we strive to provide exceptional AI automation services. If you wish to cancel your service or subscription, you may do so by contacting our support team. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to support@simpleaccelerationsystems.com with at least 30 days' notice prior to your next billing cycle.

2. Subscription Services

For our ongoing AI subscription services:

• You may cancel your month-to-month subscription at any time with a 30-day written notice.
• If you cancel before the end of your current paid month, your service will remain active until the end of that billing period.
• We do not prorate or refund partial months of service.

3. Setup and Implementation Fees

Due to the intensive labor, custom development, and time required to build, train, and deploy your tailored AI agents, all initial setup, onboarding, and implementation fees are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work. However, due to the digital and custom nature of our AI solutions:

• Refunds for ongoing subscription fees are generally not provided after the charge has been processed.
• If there is a technical failure on our end that prevents the service from functioning as agreed, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, a partial or full refund for the affected billing period may be issued at our sole discretion.

5. Account Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service immediately and without a refund if you violate our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

• Engaging in illegal activities or spam compliance violations (e.g., TCPA violations).
• Abusive behavior toward our staff.
• Failure to pay outstanding invoices after a 14-day grace period.
